April 17, 2008 - 10:24 a.m. WASHINGTON (AP) - A director of construction consulting firm Hill International Inc. sold 20,000 shares of common stock under a prearranged trading plan, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. In a Form 4 filed Wednesday with the SEC, Arnaud Ajdler reported he sold the shares Monday and Wednesday for $13.75 to $14.50 for each.
